Delivery
When will I get my order?
Orders placed will be delivered within 2 – 4 working days (excluding weekends). If a customer re-arranges, redirects, cancels, rejects, or refuses their delivery with our delivery partners without prior notice, Haske Foods will not accept any liability for any continued delay or spoilage of fresh/frozen products that may occur from the extended period of the delivery. Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. Once order has been dispatched, amendment/cancellation may not be possible. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave your parcel at a safe place within your compound. Kindly give us a call if you are coming to collect at our store.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with the postal service to file a claim. We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorised user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.
You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if you want to return your order or if you put the wrong address.
Refunds are permitted 48 hours after receiving your package. The products must be in the same condition you received it in for a full refund excluding products that are not returnable for a refund.
